REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

At Average Adman, our t-shirts may be ironic, but our policies are serious. Here’s everything you need to know about what you can return, when, how, and what you probably shouldn’t have bought in the first place.
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, sorry—it’s too late (like your strategy deck at the final round pitch).
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, intact, and in its original packaging.

It must not have been worn for brainstorming, spiritual branding sessions, or any purpose-driven campaign shoot.
Items We Do NOT Accept Returns For:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, magazines, fragile egos)

Intimate or sanitary products (nope)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or volatile brand purposes
Also Non-Returnable:

Gift cards
-
Downloadable products (like PDFs full of “disruptive” insights)

Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we need proof of purchase. Screenshots of existential regret not accepted.
Do NOT send your return to the manufacturer. We don’t know them, and they probably don’t want it either.
Partial Refunds (If You Must)

Books with dog-eared pages of despair

CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, cassette tapes, or vinyls that have been opened

Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

Anything returned after 30 days (unless you’re a time traveler)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll email you whether you passed the vibe check. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Discounted goods are final, like your last campaign.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they’re defective or damaged. Email us at hello@averageadman.com and we’ll tell you the return address to send the item to.
Gifts
If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll get a gift credit. If sent to the buyer, they’ll get the refund (and know you didn’t like it).
Shipping Returns
Send us an email and we’ll tell you where to send your product to.
You cover shipping. We don’t refund shipping costs. If the item’s expensive, consider a trackable service or insurance. We can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.
